Creator terms

What you agree to when you apply and work with Ninemax, in plain English.
Who can join
- You're 18 or older.
- You own the Instagram and TikTok accounts you list.
How collaborations work
- Each offer says what to post, by when, what you're paid, and how the restaurant can use your content.
- You choose which offers to accept. Saying no is always fine.
Disclosure
- Always label paid or gifted posts, as the FTC requires.
- Use #ad, or the platform's paid-partnership label.
Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you make.
- The restaurant and Ninemax may use it only as the offer says.
- Your content is used in ads only when the offer includes it.
Payment
- You're paid after your post is live and approved, as stated in the offer.
Conduct
- Give honest reviews.
- Don't buy followers, likes or comments.
- Follow the restaurant's rules when you visit.
Ending
- Either of us can stop working together at any time.
- Offers you've already accepted should be finished, or cancelled by talking to us first.
Your details
- We use them to contact you about collaborations.
- We never sell them.
- To be removed, write to minruto@gmail.com.
Changes
- We may update these terms. If we do, we'll tell active creators by email.
